燃(ran)(ran)(ran)油燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)機(ji)是一種使用液(ye)體燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料的加熱設(she)備，使燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料和空氣以(yi)一定(ding)方式噴出(chu)混合（或混合噴出(chu)）燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)的裝(zhuang)置統稱。 燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)機(ji)按類(lei)型和應用領(ling)域(yu)分工業(ye)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)機(ji)、燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)機(ji)、民用燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)機(ji)、特種燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)機(ji)幾種。

它由油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)噴(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)和調(diao)(diao)風器組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)噴(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)安置(zhi)在(zai)調(diao)(diao)風器軸心(xin)(xin)線(xian)上，將油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)細(xi)滴(di)，以一定的(de)擴(kuo)散(san)角(也稱(cheng)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)角)噴(pen)入(ru)燃(ran)燒室內(nei)，與調(diao)(diao)風器送入(ru)的(de)空氣相混后(hou)著火燃(ran)燒。油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)噴(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)主要有(you)壓(ya)力霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)和雙流(liu)體霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)兩種。壓(ya)力霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)噴(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)由分(fen)流(liu)片(pian)、旋流(liu)片(pian)和霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)片(pian)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)一般為2～3兆帕。油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)在(zai)旋流(liu)片(pian)內(nei)產(chan)生高速旋轉運(yun)動(dong)，經中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)孔噴(pen)出，在(zai)離心(xin)(xin)力的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下破(po)(po)碎成(cheng)(cheng)細(xi)滴(di)，經霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)后(hou)的(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)滴(di)平(ping)均直徑(jing)在(zai) 100微米以下。雙流(liu)體霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)噴(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)利(li)用(yong)蒸汽(qi)或(huo)壓(ya)縮空氣作(zuo)為霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)介質，使油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)加速而破(po)(po)碎霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。用(yong)蒸汽(qi)作(zuo)為霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)介質的(de)Y型油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)噴(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)，因蒸汽(qi)通道和油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)通道成(cheng)(cheng) Y形斜交而得(de)名，它具有(you)負荷(he)調(diao)(diao)節范圍大、蒸汽(qi)消耗少的(de)優(you)點。
